Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Zory ("Zory", "we", "I") handles information when you visit zory.ca or book a call with us. Zory is a one-person studio operated by Samyar Shafiee in Canada. We build marketing websites for dental and medical practices; we do not host or process your patients' health records.
Information we collect
- Contact details you share when you book a call or email us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to tell us about your practice.
- Scheduling information handled by Calendly when you book a call. Your booking is created and stored inside Calendly under their privacy terms.
- Basic, anonymized usage analytics (pages viewed, rough location, device type) to understand how the site is used and improve it.
What we do not collect
We do not collect patient health information through this website, and we never ask you to send us patient records. Marketing sites we build are designed so that any patient-facing forms send data straight to your own systems, not to us.
How we use your information
We use your contact details only to respond to you, prepare for and hold your call, and follow up about working together. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails you did not ask for.

Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies, mainly to remember your light or dark theme preference and to support analytics. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time without losing access to the site.
How long we keep it
We keep the details you share only as long as needed to talk with you and deliver work, then for a reasonable period for our records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@zory.ca and we will respond promptly.

We may update this policy as the business changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
